Printify , the platform we use, is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
The symbol ‘C’ in The Pride of London’s logo is intentionally designed to carry two meanings. First, it represents the initial letter of "Chelsea," paying homage to the club and its supporters. Second, it symbolizes the copyright protection of the logo, reinforcing the independent and original nature of this project.
